Representatives, there are rumors that the Speaker of the House of
Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, is planning to suspend Abdulmumin
Jibrin, the sacked chairman of the House committee on Appropriation who
has in recent times accused Dogara and 13 others of padding the 2016
